Meet the Team

Founder | Support Coordinator
Susan Tippett
Walking beside you with experience and heart.
With over 10 years' experience across Brisbane South, Logan and the Gold Coast, Susan has dedicated her career to supporting individuals, families and carers to navigate disability services with confidence and compassion.
Before founding Inclusive Community Navigation, Susan worked as a Local Area Coordinator, where she discovered her passion for providing more personalised, hands-on support. She wanted the opportunity to build genuine relationships and walk alongside people throughout their journey- not just at the beginning.
As both a carer and someone with lived experience of disability within her own family, Susan understands the challenges of navigating complex systems while supporting the people you love. This experience shapes her person-centred approach, ensuring every individual feels heard, respected and empowered to achieve their goals.
At Inclusive Community Navigation, Susan is committed to helping people build confidence, connect with the right supports and create a future that reflects what matters most to them.
